Schiehallion
One of the great sights of Loch Rannoch, Perthshire is the magical peak of Schiehallion (pronounced shee-hal-y-on). It is known as the ‘fairy hill of the Caledonians’ as the Galic name means ‘magic’ or ‘fairy’ mountain. In folklore the mountain was believed to hold magical powers and to stand in the centre of Scotland. The mists around the peak have sheltered many mysteries and myths throughout the ages.
The beauty and grandeur of this Scottish peak has inspired the Schiehallion Collection.
